Public BBQ

This park is a fantastic nature-based playground offering numerous activities for children and families to enjoy. The park features logs and ropes for climbing, cubby houses, rope swings, a small creek, and a lake with ducks and wading birds. The park also offers beautiful river views, walking paths, and plenty of shade from the trees. There are public toilets, picnic tables, and BBQ facilities available. The park is dog-friendly, and there is a river walk nearby, making it a great spot for picnics, family gatherings, and outdoor activities. Parking is available at the tennis club carpark off McCabe Street, though it may be limited during peak times.

Aussie public BBQs are simple to use. Majority of sites listed on this website are gas or electric BBQs. Simply press the button and it will turn on for a set amount of time (10-20 minutes).

You should first check with Mosman Park council about the rules and restrictions.

Generally, it is permissible to utilize your own gas BBQ, provided it remains under continuous supervision. However, the usage of Charcoal BBQ's is typically restricted, with the exception of parks equipped with designated charcoal disposal bins.
